8.3-9 A cylinder filled with oil is under pressure from a piston, as shown in the figure. The diameter \(d\) of the piston is 48 mm and the compressive force \(F\) is 16 kN. The maximum allowable shear stress \(\tau_{\text{allow}}\) in the wall of the cylinder is 42 MPa. What is the minimum permissible thickness \(t_{\text{min}}\) of the cylinder wall? (See figure.)
