Knowing that for the steel used \(\sigma_{all} = 80 \text{ MPa}\), \(E = 200 \text{ GPa}\), and \(\nu = 0.29\), determine (a) the allowable gage pressure, (b) the corresponding increase in the diameter of the vessel.
