Knowing that \(E = 200 \text{ GPa}\) and \(\nu = 0.30\), determine the internal force in the bolt if the diameter is observed to decrease by \(13\text{ }\mu\text{m}\). Note: From Fig. P2.63, the diameter of the bolt is given as \(60 \text{ mm}\).
