Given from Fig. P2.16: Material: Aluminum, $E = 70\text{ GPa} = 70 \times 10^9\text{ Pa}$ Segment $AB$: Length $L_{AB} = 1.75\text{ m}$, Area $A_{ABC} = 800\text{ mm}^2$ Segment $BC$: Length $L_{BC} = 1.25\text{ m}$, Area $A_{ABC} = 800\text{ mm}^2$ Segment $CD$: Length $L_{CD} = 1.5\text{ m}$, Area $A_{CD} = 500\text{ mm}^2$ Applied Loads: $100\text{ kN}$ at $B$, $75\text{ kN}$ at $C$, $50\text{ kN}$ at $D$ (all acting downwards).
