The allowable tensile and shear stresses are \( 60\text{ MPa} \) and \( 24\text{ MPa} \), respectively. Also, the allowable tensile stress perpendicular to a weld is \( 40\text{ MPa} \). Determine the minimum required thickness \( t_{\min} \) of (a) the cylindrical part of the tank and (b) the hemispherical heads.
