Determine the orientation of the neutral axis and calculate the maximum tensile stress \( \sigma_t \) and maximum compressive stress \( \sigma_c \) in the beam. Use the following data: UPN 160 section, \( M = 2.5 \text{ kN}\cdot\text{m} \), \( \tan \theta = 1/3 \). See Table F-3 of Appendix F for the dimensions and properties of the channel section.
