(a) Plot a graph of the stress \( \sigma_A \) at point \( A \) as a function of the angle of inclination \( \alpha \). (b) Plot a graph of the angle \( \beta \), which locates the neutral axis \( nn \), as a function of the angle \( \alpha \).
