(Problem 6.2-1 Reference): A composite beam is constructed using a steel plate (13 mm × 150 mm) with two wood beams (75 mm × 150 mm) on either side. The wood and steel are securely fastened to act as a single beam. The beam is subjected to a positive bending moment \( M_z = 6.75 \text{ kN}\cdot\text{m} \). Calculate the maximum tensile and compressive stresses in the wood and steel if \( E_w = 11 \text{ GPa} \) and \( E_s = 200 \text{ GPa} \).
