21 In Fig. 12-17, a thin wire BC with negligible mass and a hinge A support a horizontal bar of negligible mass and length \(L\). The angle between the wire and the bar is \(\theta\). A block of mass \(m\) will be moved along the bar; let \(x\) be the distance between the hinge and the block’s center of mass. As a function of \(x\), find (a) the tension in the wire, and the (b) horizontal and (c) vertical components of the force on the bar from the hinge.
