이 약관은 메카데미(mecademy)(이하 “플랫폼”이라 한다)가 제공하는 AI 기반 공학 교육 및 문제 풀이 솔루션 서비스를 이용함에 있어 플랫폼과 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
① “플랫폼”이란 AI를 활용한 역학 문제 풀이, 공학 교육 콘텐츠 및 학습 분석 결과를 이용자에게 제공하기 위하여 설정한 가상의 영업장을 말합니다.
② “이용자”란 플랫폼에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 받는 회원 및 비회원을 말합니다.
③ “회원”이라 함은 플랫폼에 회원등록을 한 자로서, 계속적으로 플랫폼이 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
플랫폼은 다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다.
① 정역학, 고체역학, 동역학 등 공학 문제에 대한 AI 분석 및 단계별 풀이 제공
② 학습 리포트 및 공학 데이터 분석 결과 전달
③ 기타 플랫폼이 정하는 공학 교육 관련 보조 서비스
이용자는 플랫폼 상에서 다음 또는 이와 유사한 방법에 의하여 구매를 신청합니다.
① 문제 이미지 업로드, 텍스트 입력 및 분석 과목(모듈) 선택
② 크레딧 구매 내역 확인
③ 결제방법의 선택 및 결제
플랫폼은 제4조와 같은 구매신청에 대하여 다음 각 호에 해당하면 승낙하지 않을 수 있습니다.
① 신청 내용에 허위, 기재누락, 오기가 있는 경우
② 회원가입이 완료되지 않았거나, 정상적인 로그인 상태가 아닌 경우
③ 제공된 이미지(문제 등)가 저작권 위반 등 플랫폼의 정책에 위반되는 경우 및 기타 구매 신청에 승낙하는 것이 플랫폼 기술상 현저히 지장이 있다고 판단되는 경우
① 플랫폼에서 구매한 재화 또는 용역에 대한 대금지급방법은 신용카드 결제, 계좌이체 등 가용한 방법으로 할 수 있습니다.
② 이용자가 구매한 '크레딧'의 유효기간은 구매일로부터 3개월으로 합니다.
③ 유효기간 내에 사용하지 않은 크레딧은 기간 만료 시 자동 소멸되며, 소멸된 크레딧에 대해서는 환불이나 복구가 불가능합니다.
① 플랫폼은 이용자가 입력한 문제 정보를 바탕으로 AI 분석 결과(솔루션)를 즉시 혹은 시스템이 정한 시간 내에 디지털 형태로 제공합니다.
② 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 별도의 배송 절차는 없으며, 플랫폼 내에서 결과가 가시화되었을 때 공급이 완료된 것으로 봅니다.
① 플랫폼과 서비스 구매 계약을 체결한 이용자는 결제 후 AI 분석 결과가 생성되기 전(디지털 콘텐츠 열람 전)에만 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.
② 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 의거, AI 풀이가 개시되었거나 결과가 제공된 경우 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 환불이 제한됩니다.
③ 유효기간 경과로 소멸된 크레딧은 환불 대상에서 제외됩니다.
④ 이용자가 구매 후 7일 이내에 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우에 한하여 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
① 플랫폼이 제작한 저작물(AI 풀이 알고리즘, 해설 텍스트, 교육 자료 등에 대한 저작권 및 지적재산권은 메카데미(mecademy)에 귀속합니다.
② 이용자는 플랫폼을 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 회사의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 배포하는 등 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안 됩니다.
① 플랫폼이 제공하는 솔루션은 AI 기술을 기반으로 생성되므로, 내용의 완벽한 정확성, 최신성, 무결성을 보장하지 않습니다.
② 제공된 풀이와 분석 결과는 학습 보조 자료로만 활용되어야 하며, 이를 활용한 결과(학업 성적, 설계 적용 등)에 대해 플랫폼은 책임을 지지 않습니다.
These Terms and Conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Mecademy (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the Users in using the AI-based engineering education and problem-solving solution services provided by the Platform.
1. "Platform" refers to a virtual place of business established to provide Users with mechanics problem-solving, engineering educational content, and learning analysis results using AI.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the Platform and receive services in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered as a member on the Platform and can continuously use the services provided by the Platform.
The Platform performs the following tasks:
1. Providing AI analysis and step-by-step solutions for engineering problems such as Statics, Solid Mechanics, and Dynamics.
2. Providing real-time numerical analysis and simulation visualization (graphs, etc.) based on input physical data.
3. Delivering learning reports and engineering data analysis results.
Users apply for purchases on the Platform through the following or similar methods:
1. Uploading problem images, entering text, and selecting analysis subjects (modules).
2. Checking membership passes or credit purchase history.
3. Selecting a payment method and proceeding with payment.
The Platform may not accept a purchase application if it falls under any of the following:
1. If there is false information, missing information, or typos in the application details.
2. If membership registration is not completed or the user is not in a normal logged-in state.
3. If the provided image violates the Platform's policies, such as copyright infringement.
1. Payment for goods or services purchased on the Platform can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
2. The validity period of 'Credits' purchased by the User is 3 months from the date of purchase.
3. Credits not used within the validity period will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or restored.
4. Credits provided through membership services are reset to the base amount on each monthly billing date. Remaining credits from the previous month do not carry over.
1. The Platform provides AI analysis results (solutions) in digital form immediately or within a system-specified time based on the problem information entered by the User.
2. Due to the nature of digital content, the provision is considered complete when the result is visualized on the Platform.
1. A User may withdraw their application only **before the AI analysis results are generated (before viewing digital content)** after payment.
2. Refunds are restricted once the AI solution has started or results have been provided due to the nature of digital content.
3. Credits that have expired due to the passage of the validity period are excluded from refunds.
4. Full refunds are possible only if the User has not used any credits within 7 days of purchase.
1. Copyrights for works produced by the Platform (AI algorithms, commentary text, educational materials, etc.) belong to Mecademy.
2. Users shall not reproduce or distribute information obtained by using the Platform for commercial purposes without prior consent.
1. Since the solutions are generated based on AI technology, the Platform does not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness.
2. The provided solutions are intended for educational assistance only. The Platform is not responsible for outcomes resulting from their application (e.g., grades, engineering designs).
메카데미(mecademy)(이하 ‘회사’)는 개인정보보호법에 따라 이용자의 개인정보 보호 및 권익을 보호하고 개인정보와 관련한 이용자의 고충을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같은 처리방침을 두고 있습니다.
○ 본 방침은 2026년 2월 9일부터 시행됩니다.
회사는 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 처리하며, 이용 목적이 변경될 시에는 사전동의를 구할 예정입니다.

[필수항목] 이메일, 이름, 로그인ID, 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키, 접속 IP 정보, 결제기록.
[서비스 특화항목] 사용자가 업로드한 문제 이미지 및 입력 텍스트 데이터.
※ 구글(Google) OAuth 로그인을 통해 제공받은 토큰 정보는 연동 해제 시 즉시 삭제합니다.

Mecademy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') establishes the following processing policy to protect the personal information and interests of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to smoothly handle user grievances related to personal information.
○ This policy is effective from February 9, 2026.
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes and will seek prior consent if the purpose of use changes:

[Service-specific Items] Problem images and input text data uploaded by the user.
※ Token information received through Google OAuth login is deleted immediately upon disconnection.

Due to the nature of digital content, cancellation of subscription is restricted under the 'Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce' once the **AI analysis has commenced or the solution has been provided**. A full refund is only available if the user has not used the service at all within 7 days of purchase.
Intellectual property rights for AI solution algorithms, explanation texts, and educational materials created by the Platform belong to **Mecademy**. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
